Is there a minimum number of seats for Agent Guru?
Yes. Every plan starts at 200 seats. Agent Guru is built for organisations where consistency across many reps is the whole point.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Same product, same features. Monthly runs month to month at $40, $70 or $90 per seat. Commit for twelve months and the same seats cost $28, $50 or $60 per month, still billed monthly. All prices are in US dollars, exclusive of applicable taxes.
Can we prove it before we commit the full seat count?
Ask about a structured four-week pilot: one product, one team, measured against a readiness baseline. At the end, you decide whether to roll out, extend the pilot or stop.
How long does Agent Guru take to set up?
Send us your presentation and key facts. A first course with recorded lessons and the live coach is usually ready in days. It runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or laptop, so there is nothing to install.
How are Agent Jasmine and deployment services priced?
They are quoted to scope. Tell us what you need, the volume and the timeline, and the written proposal sets out the price and what is included.
