Clients agree to provide accurate and timely information required to deliver the requested services. You are responsible for ensuring that all content, materials, and assets you provide to Aarlanextech do not infringe upon third-party rights.

5. Payment Terms

All payment terms will be agreed upon prior to project commencement and outlined in a formal service agreement or invoice. Aarlanextech reserves the right to pause or terminate services in case of non-payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aarlanextech shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service engagement with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for work completed remain due. Aarlanextech reserves the right to retain completed work until all dues are cleared.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
